This guide is for US shoppers who found WISKII Active (wiskiiactive.com), a women's activewear store, and want to know how shipping, sizing and returns work before paying. It is not a review of the clothes. We have not tested any product. Store policies change, so read the current pages at checkout.

Quick answer

  • Real store, with clear terms: the site names a legal company, a Hong Kong address and a support email, and it publishes returns, shipping and terms pages.
  • Returns are the weak spot: the window is 14 days from delivery, each returned item carries a $3.99 restocking fee, and exchanges are not offered right now.
  • Return shipping is on you: US mainland customers get a label that costs $9.9 (as written on the page) and is deducted from the refund. Everyone else arranges their own courier.
  • Delivery can be slow: the store's FAQ says 5 to 30 days, depending on location.
  • Verdict: a functioning store with mostly positive Trustpilot scores, but check the return costs and sizing before you order, because returning an item is not cheap.

Who runs WISKII Active

The terms say the site is run by WISKII ACTIVE LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong, with an office address in Central. The terms (updated 11 June 2026) use Hong Kong law and courts. A dispute beyond customer service would not default to a US court.

The about page describes the brand as athleisure and says each piece goes through more than four fittings.

Sizing and fit

The store points shoppers to a size chart, but on the page we read the chart is a single image, and we could not read the measurements from it. The store also offers to recommend a size by email or chat if you send height, weight, bust, waist and hips and the items you want.

This matters because exchanges are not offered and "fitting issue" is excluded from the defective-item rule. The returns page says wear and tear, change of mind, fitting issues and misuse are not treated as faults. If a size is wrong, the realistic path is a paid return and a new order.

Customer opinions on sizing are mixed. Trustpilot reviewers in the summary we read say items run small, especially for US buyers, while others say the fit was accurate. Treat all of this as opinion and measure yourself against the chart before choosing.

Shipping and delivery

The site banner and FAQ say shipping is free over $150, excluding taxes, duties and international processing fees. The pages we read did not state a shipping price for smaller orders. Check the total at checkout.

The FAQ gives a delivery range of 5 to 30 days and says times are estimates that depend on third-party carriers. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout for some countries. In others, the buyer pays on delivery and the carrier may hold the parcel until payment.

The store lists a Green Shipping Protection add-on covering loss, theft, damage and delay in selected countries. It cannot be added after the order and cannot be cancelled once the parcel ships. Its fee is also deducted from refunds, because the returns page says the protection charge is not refundable. The protection page lists a support email at a different domain (xcottons.com) next to the store's own, which we could not explain.

Returns and refunds

Here is how a standard return works, per the store's returns page:

  • Request it within 14 days of delivery. A maximum of 10 items per order can be returned.
  • Wait for approval, then ship within 7 days. Email the tracking number to the store.
  • The store checks the return at its warehouse. Refund can take up to 10 business days after delivery.
  • From the refund it deducts $3.99 per item, return shipping, and the original outbound shipping and protection fees.

Store credit as a gift card is possible, with the same deductions. Return labels are for the US mainland only, and are not available for Alaska, Hawaii, islands or military addresses. International customers choose their own courier and may owe duties.

A defective or wrong item should be reported by email within 14 days. Orders can be cancelled only before they leave the warehouse, and the FAQ says a refund for a cancelled order goes to the original payment method within 3 days.

Do the math: a US return costs about $13.89 in fees ($3.99 plus $9.9) per single-item order.

What shoppers say

  • Trustpilot (read 26 Oct 2026): 4.6 from 1,339 reviews, about 82% five-star and 7% one-star. Praise centres on soft fabric and designs. Complaints include slow international delivery, hard-to-reach support, restocking fees and refund delays. The page says the company has not replied to negative reviews.
  • SmartCustomer (page read 26 Oct 2026): 2.0 from 6 reviews dated August 2022 to March 2024, an old and tiny sample. Reviewers complain about sizing, costly returns to China and slow refunds. One said the brand looked like a UK company. We could not check these accounts.

We found no Reddit threads or BBB profile for the store.

Verdict

WISKII Active looks like a real, operating store with a long run of recent positive Trustpilot reviews. The risk is not a fake store. It is the cost and friction of returning clothes that do not fit. If you know your size and accept the fees, ordering is reasonable. If you are between sizes, think twice.

Checklist before you order

  1. Measure bust, waist, hips and height, then compare to the size chart image.
  2. Email the store for a size recommendation if you are unsure, and keep the reply.
  3. Add the $3.99 per-item fee and the label cost to the price, and decide if a return would still be worth it.
  4. Check whether your total reaches the free-shipping level.
  5. Note the 14-day window from delivery, not from order date.
  6. Decide on shipping protection, knowing its fee is not refundable.
  7. Pay by credit card or PayPal so you keep dispute options (see our refunds guide).

What we could not confirm

  • The actual measurements on the size chart (it is an image).
  • The shipping price for orders under $150.
  • Which payment methods are accepted. The terms list Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal, while the FAQ and payment page also list Apple Pay, Afterpay, JCB and UnionPay. We report both pages as they are.
  • Whether returns for US buyers really leave the US. The return address is given only in the approval email.
  • Any BBB or Reddit feedback.
