Is OGL Legit? Sizing, Shipping, Returns and What to Check Before You Order

OGL, at oglmove.com, sells women's clothing it calls "Everyday Comfortwear", including tops with built-in bras, pants, sets and dresses. The name is easy to confuse with other brands, so this guide covers only the store at oglmove.com. It is for shoppers who searched "ogl review". It is not a review of the products. We have not tested any product. Policies change, so read the current pages before you pay.

• Company details are thin. We found no US street address, and the terms name only "Oglmove" with UK governing law.

Who runs OGL

The Terms of Service say the site is operated by "Oglmove" and hosted on Shopify, with questions sent to service@oglmove.com. Governing law is given as UK. At the end of the terms there is a block naming a beneficiary, Eastrise International Group Limited, with an address in Tuen Mun, Hong Kong. The page does not explain it. The PayPal setup in the page code also lists Hong Kong as the merchant country. We cannot say whether that company is the seller, so check who is paid at checkout.

The About page says OGL is a certified B Corp and a 1% for the Planet partner; we did not check either claim. The domain oglmove.com was registered on 29 October 2020, per the public registry record.

Sizing and fit

The Size Guide page explains how to measure bust, underbust, waist, hips and inseam, shows charts in inches and centimeters, and has a toggle for "Previous Fit" and "Updated Fit". The page code also includes a US/EU/UK/AU/CA conversion (for example, US 0 is XS) and height groups: petite 5'4" and under, regular 5'4" to 5'8", tall 5'8" and above.

Fit complaints are common in reviews. Trustpilot reviewers call sizing inconsistent. That matters because returning costs money. Measure yourself, use the right fit version, and read each product's own notes. Our guide on reading clothing size charts explains the steps.

Shipping and delivery

The Shipping Policy says standard shipping is free over $89 in the US and a list of other countries, after discounts. Processing takes 1-3 business days for most orders, and the table gives 7-12 business days of shipping. The FAQ says standard shipping takes 9-12 business days and express takes 5-7, but the Shipping Policy lists only standard. Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico carry an extra fee.

Cancellations and changes are free before dispatch, using the contact form, and impossible after. A "Worry-Free" shipping insurance is described as covering lost packages, delays over 30 days and delivered-but-not-received orders. The store states that it is non-refundable and does not cover shipping, return or exchange fees. We could not tell whether it is optional or how it is priced. The FAQ says no customs duties or import taxes are due. A few reviewers say shipping was slower than stated, and that multi-piece orders arrived separately.

Returns and refunds

The Refund Policy offers 365 days for return or exchange of brand-new items with tags and original packaging, unwashed and unworn. The details deserve care:

• You pay return shipping, except for defective items, which need clear close-up photos.
• One return per order. Send all items in a single request. If an order ships in several parcels, wait until all arrive.
• You need an account, even after guest checkout.
• Final sale items (Last Chance, Lucky Offer, Limited Sale, Mystery Boxes) cannot be returned.
• Gift card orders paid entirely with a gift card cannot be returned, except for defects or delivery errors.
• Refunds go only to the original payment method, up to 14 business days after the warehouse inspects the box. Send the tracking number, or the store says it cannot process the refund. Original shipping and the insurance fee are not refunded.

What shoppers say

Trustpilot (read 26 Oct 2026): the page for Oglmove shows 4.8 from 4,927 reviews, with 93% five-star and 2% one-star. About 1,664 were posted in the last 12 months. The home page of the store itself cites a Judge.me rating of 4.66 from 36,000+ reviews, which is the store's own figure and which we could not check.

We also read the one- and two-star reviews. Dated between May and October 2026, they mostly concern returns: no reply for weeks, store credit or exchange offered instead of a refund, customers paying return shipping, and refused returns on gift card orders. Others mention inconsistent sizing, fabric feel, and slower shipping than stated. Several say the company replied only after the public post. These are customer opinions, and the page shows a small share of the total. Positive reviews, the large majority, mention softness, comfort and service staff.

SmartCustomer had a listing for oglmove.com with no reviews and an unclaimed profile (read 26 Oct 2026).

Verdict

OGL appears to be a real, active clothing store with strong overall ratings and detailed policies. It is not a fake store. The risks are practical: unclear company details, paid returns, a one-return-per-order rule, and a pattern of slow return replies in recent reviews. With care and records it is a reasonable purchase; if you expect free, quick returns, look elsewhere.

Checklist before you order

1. Confirm you are on oglmove.com, not a lookalike with a different domain.
2. Measure yourself and use the Size Guide, selecting the right fit version and height group.
3. Add up the total, including shipping under $89 and a possible return cost.
4. Check whether the cart includes shipping insurance and decide if you want it.
5. Avoid paying fully with a store gift card if you may need to return.
6. Screenshot the Refund Policy and Shipping Policy on the day you order.
7. Create an account, and note your order number.
