Is Oyrosy Legit? Sizing, Shipping, Returns and What to Check Before You Order

This guide is for shoppers who found Oyrosy, an online women's clothing store, and want to know what its policies say before paying. It is not a review of the clothes. Who runs Oyrosy

The store's contact page names the company as Shaanxi Jiahe Yunbo Technology Co., Ltd. It gives a street address in Xixian New District, Shaanxi Province, China. The page says this is not a return address. The About page describes Oyrosy as a women's clothing store headquartered in China and says it was founded in 2008. We could not check that date with any outside source.

The terms page we read at /policies/terms-of-service names a "rosezora team" as the operator and says UK law governs the terms. That differs from the company named on the contact page. We do not know why. If you care who your contract is with, ask support in writing before you order.

Sizing and fit

Oyrosy's size guide says sizing can vary from style to style. It tells you to use the size chart on each product page, not a general chart. It suggests measuring bust, waist, hips, sleeve length and garment length with a soft tape. For dresses, jumpsuits and two-piece sets, it lists the measuring points that may apply.

The guide says measurements are taken by hand and can differ by about 2 to 3 cm. It also says the size on the garment label may not match the size you pick at checkout, so the product chart is the main reference. That is a clear warning to measure before you buy.

On the jumpsuit page we read, sizes ran from XS to 2XL, and the fabric was described only as a woven striped fabric, with cold wash and air dry. No fiber content was given. Check each product page for a fiber breakdown. If you cannot find one, ask support before ordering.

Shipping and delivery

The shipping policy lists an estimate of 9 to 18 business days and says some items may take longer. It names DHL, USPS, FedEx, Hermes and Fastway as carriers but does not say which one applies to an order. The shipping fee is shown on the cart page.

A store banner and product page advertise free shipping at $119, with a $12.99 fee below that on the page we read. Thresholds may change.

The store has a US duties page. It says Oyrosy prepays import taxes and duties on US orders and that you will not pay extra at delivery. That is the store's claim. We could not test it. Returns differ: you pay customs fees on the way back.

Returns and refunds

You must contact customer service within 14 days of the delivered date. Items must be unwashed, undamaged and unaltered. They need the original tags, labels and packaging, and must be clean and resalable. Support sends the return address after it reviews your request, so there is no address to use on your own.

You pay the return postage, and the page tells you to use a service that includes customs clearance. Cash on delivery and unpaid parcels are refused. After the item arrives and passes checks, the store says it will process the refund within 3 business days. The page also gives up to 7 business days for cards and about 48 hours for PayPal. These timelines overlap, so ask which one applies to you.

Cancellation is free only within 24 hours of ordering and only if the order has not shipped. Custom-made items, intimate apparel, accessories and clearance items cannot be returned.

What shoppers say

These are customer opinions, not our findings. On Trustpilot (read 26 Oct 2026), the rating is shown as unavailable because of a guideline breach, and the page says some fake reviews were removed. It shows 1,313 reviews, 391 of them in the last 12 months. About 24% are five stars and 68% are one star.

The recurring complaints in the reviews we could see:

• Return and exchange costs, and in one case no return label.
• Sizing that did not match, or items that did not match the description.
• Late or missing orders, and some orders cancelled after payment.
• Slow or no replies, and some refunds arriving through PayPal.

Some reviewers praised fast support on exchanges and replacement sizes, and others liked the style. Oyrosy answers many negative reviews with a similar template that asks customers to email support.

One product page we read showed 4.9 stars from 7 reviews on the store's own site, so treat that with care.

Verdict

Oyrosy looks like a real operating store with published policies and an address in China. The review record is poor, the buyer carries return shipping and customs fees, and delivery can take weeks. If you still want an item, pick one that you are sure will fit, avoid clearance items you cannot return, and pay in a way that protects you.

Checklist before you order

1. Measure yourself and compare with the size chart on the exact product page.
2. Work out what return postage to China-based addresses would cost for this item.
3. Screenshot the return, shipping and product pages with the date.
4. Check the fiber content on the product page, and ask support if it is missing.
5. Choose a payment method with dispute rights, such as a credit card or PayPal.
6. Read recent Trustpilot reviews, sorted by newest, and look at what the store replies.
7. Keep your order confirmation and tracking number.
8. Contact support within 24 hours if anything arrives wrong or damaged.

What we could not confirm

• Which countries Oyrosy ships to. The shipping policy does not say.
• Why two different operator names appear (the company on the contact page and "rosezora team" on the terms).
• The founding date claimed on the About page.
• The contents of the size charts on product pages, which did not appear in the text we read.
• The fiber content of the items, where the page does not list one.
• A Trustpilot overall score, which is hidden. We found no BBB, Sitejabber or Reddit page we could read.
• Domain age or a business registry record.
• Whether the prepaid duties claim holds in practice.
