This guide is for shoppers who found Lintico (linticoshop.com), an online clothing store known for linen, and want to check its policies before ordering. It is not a review of the clothes. We have not tested any product, and we only report what the store's pages and review sites showed when we read them. Policies change, so check the current pages at checkout.

Quick answer
- Verdict: Lintico looks like an established, reviewed store with clear policies and a high Trustpilot score. The main risks are sizing, return costs and an unnamed operating company.
- Returns: 30 days from delivery. For items that simply do not fit, the return page says you pay return shipping.
- Shipping: Orders usually leave in 1 to 3 business days. Free standard shipping starts at US$130 on the product page we read.
- Reviews: Trustpilot showed 4.5 out of 5 from 4,353 reviews, and sizing was the most common complaint.
- Before you buy: Measure carefully, expect to pay return postage if the fit is wrong, and know that duties are your cost.

Who runs Lintico
The About page says Lintico was founded in 2023 and makes natural linen clothing for women. It also claims 300,000 customers and shoppers in more than 50 countries. These are the store's own numbers and we could not check them. The Trustpilot profile was claimed in August 2023, which fits the founding date.
We could not find a full legal company name, a street address or a phone number in the pages we read. The site footer shows only a "Lintico" copyright for 2023 to 2026, and the site runs on Shopify. The privacy section lists a separate Gmail address for privacy questions, while the help pages use customerservice@lintico.com. The return page says the store has return warehouses in the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia and Germany and gives you a return address after you contact support.
Lintico also runs an affiliate programme, which is listed on its contact page.
Sizing and fit
We could not read the size chart text on the product page we opened, because it loads in a pop-up. The product FAQ says size guides sit under the sizes on each product and that support can recommend a size one to one by email. The page we read also had a fit scale from slim to oversized, and the dress was rated 4 on a five-step scale where 5 means oversized.
Fabric details were clear on that product page: a dress in 100% cotton at 280 g/m2 with a little stretch. The store also sells wool, silk and lyocell-blend items, so check the fiber on each page. Care advice on that page said to wash cold on a gentle cycle, dry low or air dry and iron on low heat, and to follow the garment's care label first.
Lintico's return FAQ says shrinking or fading is not treated as a defect, so read the care page before the first wash. Trustpilot reviewers also point to sizing as the top complaint, including one who said the chart was wrong. Measure yourself and compare closely.
Shipping and delivery
The shipping page says most in-stock orders are prepared in 1 to 3 business days. Holidays, promotions and pre-orders can add time. You get a tracking email after dispatch. Local carriers may differ by country.
Product pages mention free standard shipping above US$130, CA$175, EUR 120 or AU$200, and free express above US$300. They quote 4 to 6 business days for express. We could not read the full transit-time table because it loads by country on the page.
Duties are not in the total. The shipping FAQ says import duties are the customer's job if your country charges them. An optional Shipping Protection add-on is handled by a third party named XCOTTON, and claims go to that company. Some areas, such as parts of the US outside the mainland, do not get express shipping.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return or exchange. Items need original tags, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Email customer service to receive the return address for your country. For non-defective returns you choose the carrier and pay for it. You then send a photo of the receipt. For defective or wrong items, the store says it pays and sends a prepaid label on request.
After checking the return, the return page says the refund goes to the original payment method for the full selling price excluding the first shipping fee. It says allow 5 business days. The separate policy page says approval, then up to 10 business days. Ask which applies.
Exchanges are done by returning the item and placing a new order, according to the policy page. Final sale items cannot be returned. EU orders can be cancelled or returned within 14 days for any reason, under the same item conditions.
What shoppers say
These are customer opinions, not our findings. Trustpilot (read 26 Oct 2026) showed 4.5 stars from 4,353 reviews, with 2,053 in the last 12 months. About 75% were five stars and 8% were one star. The sampled reviews were dated from 20 September to 26 October 2026.
Common praise: soft natural fabrics, good quality and prompt, polite support. Common complaints:
- Sizing that is inconsistent, with some items small in the arms.
- Shipping delays and unclear delivery times.
- The cost of return postage; one reviewer reported paying EUR 25.
- A confusing link after checkout.
Lintico replies to negative reviews, and Trustpilot lists a typical response time of within 24 hours. The store's own site shows a 4.9 rating from a review app, which is the store's own display.
Verdict
Lintico appears to be a real, long-running store with a strong review record on Trustpilot and clear return terms. The weak points are normal for imported clothing: sizing can vary, you may pay return postage, and duties may apply. The missing company name and address are the main trust gap. If you order, pick a size with care and keep your shipping and policy pages saved.
Checklist before you order
- Open the size chart on the exact item and measure yourself first.
- Check the fiber content and care label on the product page.
- Look at the checkout total for shipping and any duties note for your country.
- Screenshot the return page, as two pages give different refund timings.
- Price a return before you buy; non-defective returns are at your cost.
- Avoid final sale items unless you are sure of the fit.
- Pay by card or PayPal for dispute rights.
- Read the newest Trustpilot reviews, not just the score.
What we could not confirm
- The full legal company name, street address and phone number.
- The size chart measurements, which did not load in the text we read.
- The country-by-country shipping times and thresholds, which load on the page.
- The store's claims of 300,000 customers and 50 countries.
- Other review sites. A search found other pages, but we did not read them, so we give no figures from them.
- Domain age or a business registry record.
- Whether the 4.9 on-site rating is verified.
