This guide is for shoppers who are looking at desks, bookcases, console tables, dining tables or storage from Tribesigns and want to know what the store promises and what buyers report. It is not a review of the products. We have not tested any Tribesigns furniture. We read the store's own policy pages and a few outside review sites on 26 October 2026. Policies change, so check the current text before you pay.

Quick answer
- The store looks real and long-running. It lists a US address and phone number, publishes shipping, return and warranty rules, and its domain was registered in December 2014 (RDAP record, read 26 October 2026).
- Most reviewers are positive. Trustpilot showed 4.5 out of 5 from 2,289 reviews when we read it. About one in ten reviews was one star.
- The complaints are about parts and service, not about missing orders. Reviewers report holes that do not line up, missing or damaged pieces, and slow help with fixes.
- Changing your mind costs you. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is damaged, defective or wrong. For large furniture that can be a lot.
- Verdict: the evidence supports "a real furniture seller with a mostly good rating and a known pattern of assembly and parts problems". It does not support any claim about product quality, because we have not tested anything.

Who runs Tribesigns
The About page describes Tribesigns as a furniture brand started in 2011, selling online and through large marketplaces. It says the brand has a sub-brand called TribeWood and ships from warehouses in several regions. We could not check the numbers it gives.
We did not find a legal company name on the pages we read. The terms of service say they are governed by the laws of China. The store's FAQ says its products are made by manufacturers in Vietnam, China, Indonesia and India. It also says it has no showroom and sells only online.
Trustpilot lists a Commerce City, Colorado address, the same phone number as the store, and says the profile was claimed in July 2021 with a paid plan. A BBB search result lists a TribeSigns profile at the same address. We could not read a BBB rating.
Shipping and delivery
The shipping page says delivery is free for orders inside the United States, with exceptions for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and military addresses. Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days. In-stock items are expected in 3 to 5 days on that page. The FAQ says 3 to 7 days. Pre-order items are listed at 2 to 4 weeks on the shipping page and 3 to 5 weeks in the FAQ. The pages disagree, so plan for the longer figure.
Carriers named are UPS, USPS, FedEx and LTL freight. Large pieces may come in separate boxes and may arrive on different days. For freight deliveries the store asks for a direct phone number so the carrier can book a time, usually a four-hour window on a weekday. The FAQ says there is one standard shipping method and no expedited option. It does not ship to PO boxes.
The store says extra fees may apply for special delivery needs such as narrow driveways or ferry access. Tell the carrier about those problems in advance. Small items like lamps and pillows go by courier and may be left at your door without a signature.
Returns and refunds
The return page gives you 30 days from delivery to ask for a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and you must contact customer service first. Custom orders are not eligible.
Who pays return shipping depends on the reason:
- Damaged, defective or wrong item: the store says it pays return shipping (the FAQ mentions a prepaid label).
- Change of mind, wrong size or color: you pay the actual return shipping cost.
The page warns that return shipping for furniture can be significant, so measure carefully. The FAQ also says there is no pickup service, and that if you no longer have the original box you can still return the item but may be charged a reboxing fee.
For damage, keep the packaging, photograph the package and the item, and email within one week, according to the return page. The FAQ asks for your order number, a description and photos. It says the refund goes back to the original payment method in 1 to 5 business days after processing. Your bank may add time.
Assembly: the FAQ says most products need home assembly. It lists instructions and some video guides, but says videos exist only for certain products. The store does not offer paid assembly. If you want help, you must hire a local handyman and pay for it yourself. Check all parts as soon as you open the boxes.
What shoppers say
These are customer opinions on third-party sites. We cannot verify them.
- Trustpilot (read 26 Oct 2026): 4.5 out of 5 from 2,289 reviews. The page's breakdown showed 76% five-star and 9% one-star. Reviews shown ran from February to October 2026. Happy reviewers mention quick delivery, secure packing and good looks for the price. Unhappy ones mention confusing instructions, holes that do not line up, missing or damaged parts, cheap-feeling hardware and difficult returns. The page says the company replies to most negative reviews, and that it pays for the profile.
- PissedConsumer (read 26 Oct 2026): 1.6 out of 5 based on 6 rated reviews. The page's own counts disagreed with each other, with up to 14 entries between September 2022 and August 2025. Complaints included missing parts, parts that did not fit, long waits for help and trouble getting replacements. This site collects mostly complaints, so it leans negative by nature.
- BBB: we found a listing but could not read a rating or complaint count. We found no Reddit threads.
Taken together: many buyers are satisfied, and a smaller group had parts problems and slow fixes. Read recent reviews for the exact product you plan to buy.
Verdict
Tribesigns looks like a genuine seller with clear written policies and a high Trustpilot score. It suits buyers who are comfortable assembling flat-pack furniture, who will check dimensions closely, and who will inspect the delivery quickly. Be careful if you are sensitive to return costs, need professional assembly, or cannot easily handle large boxes. The main risk is not a missing order but a part problem that takes time to solve. We have not tested any product, so this verdict says nothing about build quality.
Checklist before you order
- Measure the room, doorways and stairs, then compare with the product dimensions.
- Decide whether the item is in stock or pre-order, and plan for the longer delivery estimate.
- Read the return page again at checkout. Remember that change-of-mind returns are at your cost.
- Keep every box and all packaging for at least 30 days.
- Photograph the packages when they arrive, before you open them.
- Open and count all parts within a few days. Report anything damaged within one week.
- Give the carrier a working phone number and note any access problems.
- Pay by a method with buyer protection, such as a credit card, and save the order email.
What we could not confirm
- The legal company name behind the store. We found none on the pages we read.
- The BBB rating, accreditation and complaint count.
- Which delivery time is right (3-5 days or 3-7 days), since the pages disagree.
- How long refunds take in practice. We only have the store's stated 1 to 5 business days.
- Any statement about product quality, safety testing or materials. We have not tested anything.
- Any date for when the policies were last changed. The pages show none.
