Is Popilush Legit? Sizing, Shipping, Returns and What to Check Before You Order

This guide is for shoppers who are considering an order from Popilush and want to know if the store is real, what shipping and returns cost, and what other customers report. It is not a review of the products. We have not tested any Popilush item. We read the store's own policy pages and some public review pages, and we say where each fact came from. Policies change, so check the current pages before you pay.

• Verdict: Popilush looks like a real, operating US-based online store with a named company, a US address and a BBB listing. Trustpilot reviews are split, and the most common complaints are slow support, hard returns and late refunds.
• Returns: 30 days from delivery. For US returns a $9 label fee is taken from your refund. Customers outside the US pay their own return shipping.
• Shipping: The store's pages give different delivery times. One says 2 to 5 business days in the US, another says 4 to 25 business days. Plan for the longer figure.
• Fine print: Clearance and final-sale items cannot be returned, and each order gets only one return or exchange.
• Our advice: Read the return rules for the exact item, keep the tags on, and pay with a method that lets you dispute a charge.

Who runs Popilush

The store's contact information page (read 26 Oct 2026, no date shown) names POPILUSH, LLC at 1715 Endeavor Drive, Williamsburg, VA 23185, and lists a phone number and the support email. The Contact page gives the same Virginia address as the registered address and a business address at 575 8th Avenue, Suite 600, New York. The returns page gives a returns address in Rancho Cucamonga, California.

The About page (no date shown) calls Popilush a fashion-forward shapewear line for women, in the store's own words, and names a founder called Eve. It mentions a Las Vegas store; we did not verify that.

The terms of service say the site runs on Shopify and is governed by Hong Kong law. A public domain lookup (RDAP, read 26 Oct 2026) shows popilush.com was registered on 8 January 2022.

BBB's search listing (read 26 Oct 2026, no date shown) shows an A- rating and accredited status for a business at the Williamsburg address. The listing did not show a complaint count, and we did not open the full profile.

Sizing and fit

The store says each product page has a size chart and that fit varies by style. It also says that if you are between sizes you should choose the larger one. Sizes on the product page we read run from XS to 3XL.

The chart on the one skirt page we opened listed waist and hip measurements and a model's measurements. Each style has its own chart.

Customer reports on fit are mixed. SmartCustomer reviewers praised the fit of some items and said sizing ran small on others. These are customer opinions. We have not tried any garment, and we make no claim about what any garment does to the body. The store describes its own products, so read its words on each product page.

Shipping and delivery

The store's pages do not agree, so we list each.

• Shipping and delivery page: free standard shipping over $100 for the US and Canada. US standard delivery is 2 to 5 business days and international is 20 to 25, plus 1 to 2 days processing. It also says orders are generally received within 15 business days.
• Policy page: allow up to 4 business days to process, then 4 to 25 business days to arrive. The store says it is not responsible for customs fees, duties or taxes.
• FAQ page: most items ship from the US in 1 to 5 days, but some ship from other factories and take 20 to 25 business days.

Outside the US and Canada, ask your customs office what you may owe.

Returns and refunds

From the returns and exchanges page (read 26 Oct 2026, no date shown):

• Return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags and liners attached.
• US returns: the store provides a label and takes $9 from your refund. The label works for the contiguous US only.
• Outside the US: no label is provided and you pay the shipping. Refunds are rejected without a tracking number.
• Final-sale and clearance items cannot be returned, including mystery boxes and silicone nipple pasties.
• One return or exchange per order. A second request on the same order is not accepted.
• To start, email support with the order number, photos showing the tag and bag, and the reason. The store says to allow 1 to 3 business days for a reply.

The separate refund policy page also lists sale items as not returnable, and says same-item exchanges are free without a return. That page does not mention the $9 fee. If the pages differ at checkout, take screenshots.

What shoppers say

These are customer opinions. We cannot verify them.

• Trustpilot: 3,108 reviews, with 739 in the last 12 months (read 26 Oct 2026). Trustpilot shows no star score and says the company breached its guidelines by offering incentives for reviews. That means the 59 percent five-star share should be treated with care. 25 percent are one-star. Recent reviews describe slow or no replies to email, no clear returns portal, refunds taking a month or more, some chargebacks and PayPal disputes, and partial or delayed orders. Positive reviews praise fit, quality and fast delivery. The company replies to most negative reviews and asks the customer to email support.
• SmartCustomer: 3.0 out of 5 from 8 reviews, July 2023 to November 2025 (read 26 Oct 2026). Complaints include small sizing, a gap between the "no hassle returns" wording and the actual terms, and a wait of over 15 business days with no reply to a cancellation request.
• BBB: A- and accredited, as above.

We looked for Reddit threads and found none we could read.

Verdict

Popilush is a real business with a named LLC, a US address and a BBB listing, and many customers appear satisfied. The risks are in the process. Return and delivery terms are written differently on different pages, the $9 label fee reduces refunds, clearance items are final, and many reviewers report slow support. If you order, treat it as a purchase where you may not get a quick refund, and buy only what you would keep. This is a reading of policies and public reviews, not a test.

Checklist before you order

1. Open the size chart on the exact product page and check you are not between sizes.
2. Check whether the item is marked clearance or final sale.
3. Add up shipping and the $9 return fee against the item price.
4. Screenshot the shipping and returns pages on the day you buy.
5. Leave tags and liners on until you are sure.
6. Pay with a card or PayPal so you can dispute a charge if the order does not arrive.
7. If you are outside the US, find out your import tax first.
8. Save emails and tracking numbers.

• The Trustpilot star score, which Trustpilot did not show.
• The BBB complaint count and the date of the BBB rating.
• Any Reddit discussion.
• Which delivery time the store applies to a given order.
• The date any policy page was last updated; none showed one.
