Who runs Culture Kings
The Terms of Sale say your contract is with Culture Kings USA, Inc., or Culture Kings Pty Ltd if you live in Australia. The privacy policy (last updated 13 August 2026) names the parent company as a.k.a. Brands Holding Corp. The About page describes a Las Vegas store at The Forum Shops at Caesars, with a street address and opening hours. The US site shows dollar prices and links to separate Australian and New Zealand sites.
Sizing and fit
Product pages carry a size chart link and a "fit check" slider (runs small, true to size, oversized). On the page we read, models' heights and measurements and the size they wear are listed. Check each item's page, since fit varies by brand.
The store says exchange stock is not held. Its suggested route is to place a new order for the new size and return the old item. If the exchange item is out of stock when the return arrives, the store issues store credit.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, with up to two business days of processing. The store says all US orders are fulfilled domestically from a US distribution center. Carriers named include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and OnTrac. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.
For Canada and the UK, the shipping page lists international rates from $12.99 to $29.99. Customs charges there are the buyer's responsibility and cannot be prepaid. The Terms of Sale add that the store does not mark parcels as gifts.
Address mistakes are on you: changes are possible only while the order is "processing", and wrong addresses get no refund. If you accept "Authority to Leave", you give up the right to claim for items that go missing.
Returns and refunds
The change-of-mind policy allows returns within 30 days. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags, original packaging and proof of purchase. Earrings, swimwear, intimate apparel, face masks, gift cards and final-sale items cannot be returned. Footwear must come back in its original undamaged shoebox, placed inside an outer box.
Online returns go through a returns portal. A $6.95 handling fee is deducted from the refund or store credit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Purchases can only be returned in the region where they were bought, so a US order cannot be returned to Australia.
If an item is faulty or wrong, the store asks you to contact customer care within 48 hours of receiving the order, with photos. If approved, you get a free return label and a refund, replacement or store credit.
A conflict between the store's own pages: the change-of-mind policy says returns are for "exchange or store credit", yet the online returns section talks about requesting a refund for the returned item, and the Terms of Sale say there are no refunds for a change of mind. Ask support before you rely on a cash refund.
Other conflicts: the Terms of Sale say prices include goods and services tax and that credit cards are charged in Australian dollars, which does not fit a USD store. The shipping page lists support hours as Monday to Thursday, while the help center lists Sunday to Thursday.

Trustpilot (culturekings.com profile, read 26 October 2026): 2.9 from 2 reviews, both one-star, latest 16 February 2026. They mention poor service, a partial order and an order sent to the wrong country. The profile is unclaimed, with no company replies. Two reviews prove little either way.
The Australian store's profile (culturekings.com.au) shows 4.9 from 6,101 reviews, but that is a different store with different fulfilment. The New Zealand profile showed 1.9 from 28 reviews. SmartCustomer shows no reviews for culturekings.com. We found no BBB profile or Reddit thread we could read.
Verdict
Culture Kings looks like a real retailer with a physical US store, named US company, domestic US fulfilment, and mainstream payment options. The weak spots are a thin US review record, a $6.95 return fee, and terms that conflict on whether you can get a refund. For ordinary purchases with a card, the risk looks modest. For a limited drop or a big order, read the return rules first.
