Icegiant (theigt.com, also written ICEGIANT or IGT) is an online store that sells streetwear-style jewelry: custom grillz, chains, pendants, rings and earrings. It also lists a small apparel section. This guide is for shoppers who typed "icegiant review" and want to know how the store handles delivery, returns and warranty before paying. It is not a review of the products. We have not tested any product. Policies change, so read the current version at checkout.

Quick answer
- What it sells: Mostly jewelry and custom grillz, not clothing. The store's own category list puts apparel as a minor line.
- Real business signals: The domain has been registered since August 2019, the site lists policies and a support email, and it has several hundred Trustpilot reviews.
- Biggest risk: Custom grillz are made to order. Once the mold kit ships, a full refund is no longer available under the store's refund policy.
- Standard jewelry returns: A refund request must come within 14 days, and a 20% fee may be deducted for non-defective returns.
- Verdict: Looks like a real, operating store with mostly positive reviews. The rules for custom and final-sale items are strict, so read them before you pay.

Who runs Icegiant
The About page says the brand has made custom grillz and iced jewelry since 2019, and the domain registration date matches. We found no legal company name, street address or country on the pages we read. The shipping policy says some products may ship from an overseas warehouse, which can add time. Support is by email, contact form and social media; we saw no phone number.
Sizing and fit
For jewelry, sizing means chain length, wrist size and ring size. The size guide lists chain lengths from 18 to 24 inches, explains how to measure a wrist, and gives an oval bracelet chart. It names popular ring sizes but, on the page we read, no printable ring chart.
Custom grillz are made from a mold kit you return. The store says it does not supervise the molding, and poor molds can delay production or add charges. The warranty page offers a 14-day fit and adjustment window after delivery with one free adjustment (not for single or double caps or fully iced-out grillz).
Shipping and delivery
Standard shipping is free on eligible orders, with no minimum. For custom grillz, the policy says production starts only after the mold, design and other approvals are in, and typically takes three to four weeks after that. Express shipping does not shorten production. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Orders can ship in several packages. Address changes after processing may be impossible, and a carrier reroute can cost about $20 to $30. International buyers pay duties, taxes and brokerage fees. Once the carrier has the parcel, the store says delivery is the carrier's responsibility, though it says it will reasonably help with claims.
Returns and refunds
For ready-to-ship jewelry, you have 14 days to request a refund and 30 days to request an exchange or store credit. Items must be new and unworn, and you need an RMA first. A 20% fee may apply to non-defective returns. Report damaged or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery, with photos or video.
Solid gold, engraved or personalized pieces, pre-orders once processing starts, and custom items once work starts can be final sale. For custom grillz, a full refund is possible only before the mold kit ships. After that, the policy lists deductions: a $35 mold kit cost, used shipping (or a $10 or $25 recovery fee), and a 15% setup fee once design work begins. Once physical production starts, the order is final sale except for confirmed defects. Store credit may waive the 15% or 20% fee and does not expire, per the policy.
One conflict between the store's own pages: the FAQ says a 15% cancellation fee applies to custom grillz after the mold kit ships. The refund policy is stricter: no full refund, plus several deductions. Ask support to confirm in writing.
What shoppers say
Trustpilot (read 26 October 2026, profile page) shows a 4.7 TrustScore from 362 reviews, with 89% five-star and 7% one-star. The page's star graphic shows 4.5, so its display is not fully consistent. Reviewers often praise communication and the look and fit of custom pieces. Some mention waits of around a month and a half for custom orders. A few complain about fading or materials, grillz not fitting well, delays, or wanting clearer timelines. The company replies to most reviews and invites reviews, which can lift ratings. These are customer opinions, not our findings. Trustpilot says it does not fact-check reviews.
We found no Sitejabber, BBB or Reddit discussion we could read for this store.
Verdict
Icegiant looks like a real, working store. It has a seven-year-old domain, detailed policies, and a large, mostly positive Trustpilot profile. The things to watch are strict terms and missing company details, not scam signs. If you are buying a ready-to-ship chain or pendant, the rules are simple. If you are ordering custom grillz, plan for weeks of waiting and read the refund steps first.
Checklist before you order
- Decide whether you are buying ready-to-ship or custom. The refund rules differ a lot.
- Screenshot the refund, shipping and warranty pages on the day you order.
- Check whether your item is solid gold, engraved or personalized, which may be final sale.
- Measure your wrist or neck and use the size guide before choosing a size.
- For grillz, follow the mold kit instructions closely; poor molds add cost and delay.
- Pay by credit card or PayPal so you keep dispute options if something goes wrong.
- If you live outside the US, expect duties and taxes on delivery.
- Email support@theigt.com first with questions and keep the replies.
What we could not confirm
- The legal company name, registered address and country of operation.
- Whether refunds actually arrive within the stated period; we saw no refund complaints in the reviews we read, which does not prove there are none.
- Reddit, BBB and Sitejabber feedback; none was readable.
- Which installment provider is used for financing.
- Material purity claims; we only report what the store says.
