Who runs Jetty

The terms of service say the site is run by Jetty Life, LLC, and give an address of 509 N. Main Street, Unit 3, Manahawkin, New Jersey. The store runs on Shopify. The About page says Jetty began in 2003 with five friends from New Jersey, calls itself B-Corp Certified, and says its nonprofit arm, the Jetty Rock Foundation, has given over $1.8 million to causes. Those are the brand's own statements and we did not check them with outside sources. The site lists stores in Manahawkin and Long Branch.

Sizing and fit

Jetty publishes separate men's, women's and kids' size charts (read 26 October 2026). They are measurement tables in inches, so you can compare them with a tape measure.

  • Women's clothing: XS to XL with US dress sizes plus bust, waist and hip ranges in inches. Size M is listed with a 35-36 inch waist and 37-38 inch hip.
  • Men's tops: S to XXL with chest, waist, hip and sleeve length; bottoms list waist, hip and inseam.
  • Swimwear: the women's chart has separate tables for tops and bottoms.

We found no fit notes such as "runs small," and we cannot say how any item fits. Check product pages for fabric and cut details. For tees and flannels, measure a garment you already own against the chart. Our guide on reading clothing size charts online explains how.

Shipping and delivery

  • The site banner says free shipping on domestic orders of $150 or more. We did not find the fee below that amount on the pages we read.
  • Most orders ship in 1-2 business days; sales and holidays can take 2-3.
  • Standard US delivery is stated as 3-7 business days.
  • International shipping goes to selected countries. The FAQ says to enter your address at checkout, that fees are the customer's responsibility, and that delivery takes 7-21 business days.
  • In-store pickup is available at the Manahawkin flagship; unclaimed orders are cancelled and refunded after 28 days.

The stand-alone shipping policy page on the site had no policy text when we read it, so the details above come from the return policy and FAQ page. If you order from outside the US, see customs duties and importing.

Returns and refunds

From the return policy page, read 26 October 2026:

  • Return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused and unwashed with tags and packaging.
  • Items returned after 30 days, up to 60 days, get store credit or an exchange only.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable. Gift cards cannot be returned.
  • Mail returns and exchanges carry a $9 processing and shipping fee unless you bought Return Coverage, a one-time $2.95 fee that makes returns and exchanges unlimited for that order. It cannot be removed or refunded, and it does not extend the windows. It is available for US orders only.
  • Returns and exchanges in a Jetty store are free.
  • Refunds arrive 5-7 business days after the item is received.
  • For damaged or defective items, email photos and details. Items worn or washed before the defect appeared are reviewed before approval.

Conflict: a separate, older-looking refund policy page says returns are instructed "the most cost-effective way" and does not mention the $9 fee or Return Coverage. We would follow the newer, more detailed return policy page, but save a screenshot at checkout and ask support if you are unsure.

  • Smart Customer (read 26 October 2026): no reviews, unclaimed.
  • A web search found no Reddit or Better Business Bureau pages for the brand. We found one retailer review on Backcountry, a third-party seller, from a buyer who said a shirt bled dye in the wash and the stitching was poor. That is one opinion about one item from another seller, and we did not check the date.

Verdict

Based on what we read, Jetty appears to be a legitimate and established clothing brand rather than a pop-up shop: a named LLC, a US address, physical stores, a domain from 2003 and detailed return rules. We saw no scam signals. The real caveats are practical. Mail returns can cost $9, refunds are limited to 30 days, and two policy pages differ. Outside reviews are absent, so there is little proof either way about service quality.

Checklist before you order

  1. Measure yourself and compare with the size chart for the right department (men's, women's or kids').
  2. Note the 30-day refund limit and the 60-day store-credit limit.
  3. Decide whether the $2.95 Return Coverage is worth it, or plan to return in store.
  4. Check that items are not marked Final Sale (the policy says these cannot be returned).
  5. Confirm the shipping total at checkout, since only the $150 free-shipping line is stated.
  6. Outside the US, ask about duties and delivery before paying.
  7. Keep tags on and do not wash until you are sure.
  8. Save your order email and, for a defect, photograph it right away.
