SPRWMN Review: Sizing, Shipping, Returns and What to Check Before You Order

This guide is for shoppers weighing an order from SPRWMN, a women's brand known for stretch leather, cashmere and denim. It covers the store's own shipping, return and sizing rules, plus what we could and could not find about customer experience. It is not a review of the products. We have not tested any product. • Return window is short. The refund policy says a return request must be made within 14 days of delivery (store policy page, read 26 October 2026).
• Many categories are final sale. Sale items, jewelry, fragrances, swimwear, gift cards and anything marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
• You pay return shipping. The store says about $10 per label, and shipping charges are not refunded.
• Third-party evidence is thin. We found no Trustpilot page and no reviews on SmartCustomer, so we cannot judge customer experience from outside sources.
• Verdict: The company looks established and its policies are written out in full, but the rules are strict. It suits shoppers who know their size and are not buying final-sale items.

Who runs SPRWMN

The About page names Ambre Dahan as founder and creative director and says the brand began in 2016. It says the line is carried by Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Net-A-Porter and FWRD. We did not verify those stockist claims with the retailers. The terms of service say the store is run by SPRWMN on Shopify and refer to Los Angeles, California. We did not find a street address or phone number on the pages we read.

Sizing and fit

The size guide says SPRWMN sizing is US and lists XS to XL, with US 0 through 12 and denim waist sizes 24 to 31. It also gives conversions for France, the UK, Italy, Denmark, Germany, Australia and Japan.

The store gives these fit notes:

• Leather styles are described as true to size; take your usual size unless the product page says otherwise.
• For suede styles, the store suggests sizing up one full size.
• If you are between sizes, the store suggests sizing up.
• Product pages carry item measurements.

The size range stops at XL on this chart. If you need a size outside it, check each product page before ordering. Returns must be unworn, so try items on carefully with tags attached. The leather care page says leather is a natural material, with variation in color depth, scratches, dents and wrinkles, which the store does not treat as defects.

Shipping and delivery

Per the shipping policy (read 26 October 2026):

• US: UPS Ground is free over $200 and $15 under it, taking 5-10 business days after fulfillment. UPS Express costs $30 and takes 2-3 business days. No overnight shipping.
• International: DHL Standard is free over $200 and takes 7-14 business days. No expedited option.
• Processing: up to 2 business days, or up to 5 in peak sale periods. Orders placed after 12pm PST on Friday ship the next business day.
• No P.O. Boxes.
• Duties and taxes: the policy says they are included in displayed prices, so nothing is due on delivery. It also says duties paid on a returned shipment are not refunded, except for orders to Canada, where 100% is refunded.
• Lost or stolen packages: once the order is marked shipped, the store says responsibility passes to you and it does not refund lost or stolen parcels. You are told to contact UPS with the tracking number.
• Damaged goods: email the store right away.

The FAQ adds that orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.

Returns and refunds

From the refund policy (read 26 October 2026):

1. Request the return within 14 days of delivery through the returns portal.
2. After approval you have 5 days to hand the parcel to the courier, or the request is voided.
3. Items must be new, unused, unwashed and tagged. Worn, washed, soiled or altered items are sent back.
4. Allow 7 business days of inspection after the parcel arrives.
5. The refund goes to the original payment method, or store credit if you ask, within 7-10 business days after inspection.

The store may reject a return after inspection. There is no restocking fee, but you pay return shipping.

Final sale: Archive Sale, Sale Collection, Jewelry, Fragrances, Swimwear, Gift Cards and items marked final sale cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. The store says final-sale items are marked in red on the product page, in the cart and on the invoice.

Exchanges: offered through the returns portal for regular-priced, in-stock items; the store says a new order plus a return is the quickest route to a different style.

Timeline: plan for several weeks from delivery to money back. If a refund stalls, see refunds and chargebacks.

What shoppers say

We could not find independent customer reviews. Trustpilot has no page for sprwmn.com that we could load (read 26 October 2026), SmartCustomer lists the store as unclaimed with 0 reviews (read 26 October 2026), and a web search turned up nothing on Reddit or elsewhere. We therefore make no claim about delivery speed, quality or support from customer opinion. Having no reviews is not a warning sign by itself, but you are relying on the store's own words.

Verdict

SPRWMN appears to be a real, long-running brand with a domain registered in 2014, a named founder, full written policies and mainstream payment options. We saw no sign of a fake store. The risk is in the terms: a 14-day window, a long list of final-sale categories, customer-paid return shipping, strict condition rules and no refund for lost parcels. If you are sure of your size and buy full-price clothing, the terms are workable. Jewelry and swimwear cannot be returned.

Checklist before you order

1. Check whether the item is marked final sale on the product page, in red.
2. Compare product measurements with a garment that fits you.
3. For suede or between sizes, read the store's sizing-up advice.
4. Pick a delivery address where someone can receive the parcel.
5. Pay by a card that gives you dispute rights; PayPal is not accepted.
6. Save the order confirmation and tracking number.
7. When items arrive, try them on carefully and keep tags attached; set a reminder for day 14.
8. Photograph any damage and email info@sprwmn.com the same day.

What we could not confirm

• Independent customer ratings: no Trustpilot page loaded and SmartCustomer had no reviews.
• BBB or Reddit feedback: none found.
• Any warranty or defect policy beyond the damaged-item notice.
• A physical address or phone number.
• The stockist claims on the About page.
• The returns portal itself; we did not use it, and a legacy returns page did not show readable content.
