Quick answer
- Real, long-running brand: the domain dates from 2013 and the terms name a California company.
- Reputation is mixed to poor on review sites: Trustpilot shows 2.0 out of 5 and BBB shows an F, with complaints about service and refunds.
- Sizing: the store says its briefs have a slightly compressive, snug fit and advises sizing up for a roomier feel.
- Returns are narrow: 30 days, unworn with tags attached, a $5 return fee unless you are a Silver or Gold rewards member, and no refund of original shipping.
- Verdict: a genuine brand, but the complaint pattern and strict return rules call for caution. Check the size chart carefully and pay by card.

Who runs PSD Underwear
The terms of use say the website is run by Pant Saggin LLC, doing business as PSD Underwear, with a legal mailing address in Irvine, California. The About page says two brothers started the brand in 2007 in upstate New York; we have not checked that. The site also sells shorts, tights, tees and other items, plus licensed collaboration designs, and offers a rewards program.
BBB lists "PSD Underwear" in Irvine, but the page did not name the LLC, so we cannot confirm it is the same entity.
Sizing and fit
PSD publishes a size guide with a chart for each cut. For the men's briefs we read, the sizes run XS to 4XL, with these waist ranges in inches:
| Size | XS | S | M | L | XL | XXL | 3XL | 4XL |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Waist | 24-26 | 28-30 | 32-34 | 36-38 | 40-42 | 44-46 | 48-50 | 52-54 |
Inseam differs by cut, per the store: 7 inches for the standard length, 5 inches for mid length and 3 inches for the trunk. For each, the store describes a "slightly compressive" feel and says to size up if you want a roomier fit or are between sizes. Measure your natural waist with the tape slightly loose.
What shoppers report: some Trustpilot reviewers say plus sizes are limited, some sizes run small, and some styles roll up or bunch. Those are customer opinions, not findings of ours.
Check the cut's inseam, not only the size letter. Because returns must be unworn, a wrong size can be costly, so if you are unsure, buy one pair first.
Shipping and delivery
We found a free US shipping threshold of $99 for rewards members on one page, and a banner for free 2-day shipping on $100 and over that ended on 27 October. The wording differs between spots on the site, so confirm the threshold at checkout. Other shipping rates show at checkout. The terms say delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, and the store is not liable for shipment delays. We did not find a standard delivery time on the pages we read.
International: the terms list many destinations, including Canada, Australia, Japan and most EU countries; we did not see the UK named. Recipients pay customs duties, taxes and import fees, and international exchanges are not offered.
Returns and refunds
The returns page and terms agree on the main rules:
- 30 days from shipment to start a return, through the online returns center or by emailing support.
- Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, with tags and original packaging. The pages do not use the word hygiene, but "unworn" and "unused" would rule out trying underwear on and returning it.
- Refund is the item price minus original shipping and a $5 return fee.
- No refunds on special-offer items, final-sale items, mystery styles, subscription boxes and some consumables.
- You bear the risk of loss while the package is in transit, so keep tracking.
- Refunds take about one to two weeks after the store receives the goods.
Conflict: the returns page carries a notice that items bought 21 November to 31 December 2025 could be returned until 31 January 2026. That is an old holiday notice still on the page. The terms say holiday extensions may be posted each year. Outside such a notice, the 30-day rule applies.
The terms also give EU and UK customers a 14-day withdrawal right; read that clause if it applies to you.
What shoppers say
- Trustpilot (read 26 Oct 2026): 2.0 out of 5 from 35 reviews: 23% five-star, 66% one-star. A cached search snippet showed 33, so the count is moving. The profile is unclaimed and Trustpilot notes the company has not invited reviews. Recurring complaints: delays and missing deliveries, canned replies from support, refunds that did not arrive, durability, and pricing. Some reviewers praised design and quality. No company replies were visible.
- BBB (read 26 Oct 2026): F rating, not accredited, 11 complaints in three years, and the rating notes no response to 10 of them. Two customer reviews mention out-of-stock items never received.
- SmartCustomer (read 26 Oct 2026): no reviews.
Verdict
PSD Underwear is a real company with a long web history and products sold at other retailers. It is not a fake store. But the independent evidence is poor: low Trustpilot score, an F at BBB, and recurring complaints about replies and refunds. If you buy, use a credit card, keep your confirmation and tracking, and treat the 30-day window as firm.
Checklist before you order

- Note the return deadline: 30 days from shipment, tags on, $5 fee.

- Email support@psd.com early if anything goes wrong.
What we could not confirm
