- Agree the budget first, so every gift is about the same.
How we calculate
The names are shuffled in your browser until everyone has someone else, none of your "must not draw" pairs match, and everyone is drawn exactly once. Nothing is uploaded or saved, so reload the page and the draw is gone.
A personal link carries one pair inside the link after the # sign, which browsers do not send to websites. It is encoded, not encrypted: anyone holding the link can read it.
