ShopSimon (shop.simon.com) is an online marketplace tied to Simon, the mall and outlet owner. This guide is for US shoppers who see a low price from a mall brand there and want to know what happens after they click "buy". It is not a review of the products. We have not tested any product. Policies change, so check the current pages before you order.

Quick answer
- It looks like a real, established business. The site's footer names ShopSimon, LLC, and its terms describe it as a Delaware company. Its About page says it is part of the Simon shopping group.
- It is a marketplace, not one store. Per its terms, products are listed by outside "vendors", which are the retailers and brands. The vendors sell and ship the items.
- Expect more than one box. The shipping policy says an order with several retailers can mean several shipping charges and several tracking emails.
- Returns cost money. The refund policy says a $4.95 fee per order, and final-sale items are mostly not returnable.
- Verdict: Legit and mainstream, with mixed customer-service reports. Fine if you read the final-sale labels and accept the return fee.

Who runs ShopSimon
The terms of service say ShopSimon, LLC provides the site and is a Delaware limited liability company. The footer shows copyright from 2019 to 2026. The About page describes ShopSimon as a place to buy sale-priced products from many brands through one shopping bag, and says it is connected to Simon, a company that owns malls and outlet centers.
Per the terms, vendors are responsible for product details and the sale, and orders are fulfilled by them. ShopSimon says it is not responsible for shipping or delivery.
Shipping and delivery
Per the shipping policy, shipping charges show at checkout. Every retailer ships to the 48 contiguous states, but some do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, territories, PO boxes or military addresses.
- Contiguous US: standard is $4.95 and takes 3 to 10 days. Expedited is $9.99 and takes 2 to 3 days.
- Alaska, Hawaii and territories: standard $9.99 for 10 to 14 days, expedited $19.99 for 3 to 5 days.
- Processing: 1 to 4 business days, and longer in busy periods.
- Outside the US: not supported.
The key point is the multi-retailer rule. If you buy from two retailers in one order, the policy says you may pay more than one shipping charge and may get more than one shipment confirmation email, each with its own tracking number. Tracking should be active within 24 hours.
If tracking says delivered and the parcel is missing after 3 days, the policy says to contact ShopSimon Support, which will work with the retailer on a claim. For damage, keep the packaging and item.
Returns and refunds
The refund policy separates "returnable" items from "Final Sale" items. The store says it notes final sale in the item description and again at checkout.
- Returnable items: 30 days from receipt. You request a prepaid label in your account; guests must create an account with the order email. Returns go only through FedEx.
- Fee: a $4.95 return fee per order, taken from your refund, however many items or labels.
- Condition: unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, in original packaging with tags.
- One box per label: do not mix items from different orders or retailers in a box.
- Exchanges: not offered. You buy the replacement separately and return the original.
- Final sale: not returnable unless damaged or the wrong item arrived.
- Optional add-on: a paid "Return Assurance" option for final-sale items (7 days, $10 return shipping). We have not read its terms.
Refund timing per the policy: the retailer processes the return within 5 business days of receiving it, ShopSimon refunds within 2 business days of confirmation, and your bank may take 5 to 10 business days more.
The refund page still shows a holiday return window for late 2025 purchases. That text looks out of date; ask support what applies if you buy near the holidays.
What shoppers say
On Trustpilot (4.2 out of 5, 4,545 reviews, read 26 October 2026), about 74% of ratings were five stars and about 15% were one star. These are customer opinions, and Trustpilot says it does not check them.
- Positive themes: low prices, quick delivery, wide selection, and some shoppers who describe the items as original.
- Negative themes: late, wrong or damaged items, hard returns, and fees that surprised people. One reviewer in mid-October 2026 said a return fee was charged after a company error, and the company replied it was looking into a refund without deductions.
We found no BBB profile and Sitejabber lists no reviews. Some similarly named sites exist, so type the exact address shop.simon.com.
Verdict
ShopSimon looks legitimate: a named company, a long-established parent domain, clear written policies and thousands of mostly positive Trustpilot reviews. The risks are practical, not scam-type. You are buying from many different retailers through one bag, so shipping can be split, returns carry a fee, final-sale items are hard to send back, and a minority of shoppers report slow help. If the price saving is bigger than a $4.95 return fee and you are sure of size and color, it is a reasonable place to buy.
Checklist before you order
- Look for "Final Sale" on each item and in checkout. Do not buy those unless you are sure.
- Count how many retailers are in your bag. Each may add a shipping charge.
- Check the delivery estimate for each item, not just the order.
- Decide if you can accept the $4.95 return fee per order.
- Check size charts first. Exchanges are not offered.
- Keep packaging and tags until you are sure.
- Pay with a credit card for added dispute options, and save order emails and tracking numbers.
- Write to onlinesupport@shopsimon.com early if something is wrong, and keep a copy.
What we could not confirm
- Payment methods accepted at checkout; we did not reach checkout.
- The support help center and FAQ articles, which blocked our access.
- The separate "Return Policy" page; the address we tried returned not found, so we read the Refund policy page.
- A BBB profile or rating; we found none.
- The site's authenticity claim, and the terms of the paid return add-ons.
- The last section of the terms (dispute resolution and contact), which we did not read in full.
- Whether the policy dates are current, given the 2025 holiday text.
