Who runs Eureka
The footer shows a copyright line for Midea America Corp., and the Terms of Use use the same name and include an arbitration clause. The About page says the brand began in Detroit in 1909 and was acquired by Midea in 2016. The Contact page gives a mailing address at 300 Kimball Drive, Suite 201, Parsippany, NJ 07054, and a toll-free number. The domain eureka.com dates from 1997, which fits an old brand but says nothing about service quality.
Other businesses also use the Eureka name, and Trustpilot's listing for eureka.com includes reviews about non-vacuum products and other countries. Make sure you are on us.eureka.com.
Shipping and delivery
The shipping policy says delivery to the contiguous US usually takes within 7 days, shipping is free sitewide and the store does not ship internationally. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are special cases: large or oddly shaped items, some hazmat items (including lithium batteries) and some address types may be restricted, and P.O. Boxes are not supported. Checkout shows what is available for your address.
The page also describes a delivery guarantee: if an order is late, email the order team. It does not say what remedy you would get, so ask before relying on it.
Returns and refunds
The return policy (last modified 30 January 2024) says you can ask to return a product within 30 days of receipt. You need proof of purchase, the original outer box, the product in good condition and all accessories. Returns are only accepted in the country of purchase. Used, altered or physically damaged products are not accepted, and Eureka may refuse orders it suspects are for resale. Email customer service with your order number, serial number and photos if relevant, and you get instructions. Unauthorized and cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.
Conflict on shipping costs: The same page says original shipping costs are deducted from any refund except for defective products, and also that Eureka pays return shipping for undamaged items. Meanwhile the shipping page says shipping is free. Ask support in writing what will be deducted before you send anything back.

Damaged or faulty items: Contact customer service within 30 days of delivery.
Terms link: The Terms of Use point to a Midea return policy page. We could not open it, so we cannot say whether it differs.
Contact email conflict: The return policy and Contact page use customerservice@eureka.com, the shipping page lists customerserviceusa@midea.com, and the delivery guarantee refers to order@eureka.com. Save whichever address you used.
Warranty and support
No store page we read states warranty terms. Support is by phone and email (Mon-Fri 8am-7pm ET, Sat 9am-4pm). We found no registration requirement. If you need warranty help later, expect to need proof of purchase, so keep your order confirmation and serial number.
The price match page promises a refund of the difference if you find the same new model cheaper at certain authorized US retailers within 7 days, with many exclusions (accessories, marketplace sellers, bundles, clearance and open-box items).

Trustpilot (eureka.com, read 26 October 2026) shows 1.7 of 5 from 54 reviews, about 83 percent one-star, on an unclaimed profile, with visible reviews from July 2025 to September 2026. Reviewers mention slow service, refund delays, orders cancelled after payment, warranty difficulty and vacuums failing within months. A few praise suction and value.
Reviewers are in several countries. By our reading, 11 of the 20 first-page reviews were from the US, others from Australia and the UK, and a few were not about vacuums. Trustpilot does not say which company sold each item, and some came through Amazon or other retailers, so we cannot say how many concern the US store. We found no BBB or Sitejabber page we could confirm. These are customer opinions we have not verified.
Verdict
us.eureka.com looks like a genuine brand store: an old domain, a named US owner, a US address, a toll-free number and written policies. We saw no sign of a fake shop. Service quality is a separate question. The review profile is poor but mixed, and the return page is inconsistent about shipping costs. Pay with a method that has dispute rights, save every email, and get unclear points confirmed in writing before you order.

- Read the current return and shipping pages on the day you order and screenshot them.
- Email customer service before ordering to ask who pays return shipping and what could be deducted from a refund.
