This page reads the store's own published terms so you know what to check before you order a smart AC controller from Sensibo. It does not review the product. We have not tested it, and the terms can change, so confirm everything at checkout.

1. First check that the unit will work with your air conditioner

A smart AC controller sends the same signals as your remote, so compatibility with your unit and your power supply matters more than any feature list. 2. Returns and refunds

From the company's terms (last updated June 17, 2026):

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery, in new and unused condition and in the original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Shipping costs and shipping sales tax for returns are non-refundable and are your responsibility unless the law requires otherwise.
  • Refunds are credited within approximately 10 business days from the date the company receives the return.
  • Defective or damaged items must be reported within 30 days of receipt and may be exchanged for the same item.
  • For a pre-order cancelled before shipping and within 30 days of purchase, the terms say you are credited in full.

One warranty page we read says returns are accepted if the company receives the items within 30 days after purchase, which is a different clock from 30 days after delivery. Check which one applies at checkout and keep proof of the delivery date.

3. Warranty

  • The hardware warranty runs 12 months from the date the item shipped to you. The company chooses between replacement and repair, and the terms call this your sole remedy.
  • You may have to pay freight to return a defective product, and testing and incoming shipping charges if no fault is found.
  • An extended warranty is available through a subscription plan for certain models; the terms list the Sky, Air and Air PRO as eligible and name other products, such as the room sensor, as not covered.

4. Shipping, taxes and duties

  • The terms say the company will use reasonable efforts to ship in-stock products within 14 days after the order is accepted. Pre-order shipments can be delayed.
  • Shipping and handling charges, taxes, duties and customs fees may be charged to you or collected by the carrier or local authorities. 5. Where you buy

The terms say devices bought from third parties, second-hand marketplaces, unauthorized resellers or previous owners may not be eligible for activation, warranty, support or replacement, and that the company is not responsible for disputes with such sellers. If you want the warranty, buy from the company's own store or a seller it names.
