This PHYTO heat protection spray is made for people who blow-dry, straighten or brush their hair with heat. The brand says it protects against breakage up to 230 degrees Celsius (446 degrees Fahrenheit) and smooths frizz, using a keratin complex called Keratin A18+. It does not replace using a sensible temperature. Check the size, the directions and the ingredient list, and compare it with other heat protectants.
