This page reads the store's own policy pages so you know what to check before you order a mattress from Twinkle Beds. It is not a review of the mattresses. We have not tested the store or its products, and the policies can change, so confirm the terms at checkout.

  • Trial: 90 nights from delivery. The store recommends keeping the mattress at least 30 days, and says there is no hard minimum.

1. Pick the right size and thickness first

2. The 90-night trial

From the store's trial page (no effective date shown):

  • The trial runs 90 nights from delivery. You complete a swap or return form within 90 days of receiving the mattress and submit photos of the mattress with and without the protector, plus the tags.
  • The mattress must be in original condition with the tags attached, with no stains, tears or damage beyond normal wear, and a mattress protector must have been used throughout. Stains, pet hair, or damage from improper use or storage void eligibility.
  • The refund is a full refund minus the original delivery cost, a $199 processing fee and the retail value of promotional items included with the purchase.
  • One swap is allowed for a different size, model or firmness. A cheaper replacement gets a partial refund after the trial period; a dearer one needs you to pay the difference, taxes and shipping before it ships.
  • Adjustable bases, frames, foundations, protectors, pillows, sheets, accessories, white-glove delivery, floor models, and mattresses not bought directly from the store are excluded.
  • The page does not say explicitly who pays return shipping; it says the store arranges pickup once the return is approved.

3. Delivery

  • The store says mattresses are made to order: production typically 7 to 10 business days, then generally 3 to 7 business days of shipping, giving 10 to 17 business days from order to arrival.
  • Standard shipping goes to your door. White-glove delivery is optional for an extra fee and includes setup in your room and removal of your old mattress if requested.
  • The page does not state a free-shipping offer or the regions served, so confirm both at checkout. Contact the company immediately about damage.

4. Warranty

The warranty page describes a 20-year limited non-prorated warranty as standard (some models carry a 10-year prorated one), for the original purchaser and residential use. Covered defects include body impressions greater than 1.5 inches on quilted tops or 0.75 inches on smooth tops, and coils or wires that loosen or protrude. Exclusions include normal body impressions, stains and damage from an incorrect foundation or improper use. Coverage needs a supportive foundation, center support for queen and king sizes, slats spaced no more than 4 inches apart, rotating the mattress quarterly, and not leaving it in the box for more than 3 months. To claim, email the store with the law tag information, proof of purchase and details of the issue.

  3. I know the $199 processing fee and delivery deduction on a return.
  4. I know it is made to order and can take up to 17 business days.
